Mommy Moments

I’m a 20-something year old, stay at home mom of toddler twin girls. I am married to the love of my life, and have been for 10 years now. I wanted a place to talk about the not so sweet parts of motherhood, and really just life in general.. I want to let other parents know that they aren’t the only ones out there with similar parenting issues. Kids are not perfect…. NONE of them are… and I’ll be the first to admit that… Don’t let their adorable brown eyes and cute big grin smiles fool ya… They’re just plotting against me.. I will write about my meetup groups and some of the places are that we go to! Most places are pretty fun for the girls, but some are a little more difficult to take both of them by myself. I’ll let you know all about it! I will also write my Sacramento Area Restaurant Reviews! Daddy and I like to treat the girls every now and then, and some restaurants are more family friendly (note: accommodating) than others… especially with two young ones.. I’ll let you know which places we go to that the girls love, and which ones we may not return to until they’re older… I guess I should include a disclaimer here… All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Their names have been changed to protect their identities. No animals or children were harmed in the making of this blog. I can’t think of any more, but I’m sure I’ll remember later.

Taking Off My Shoes

My first purpose through this blog is mainly to chronicle our life at home. I have already found that I have forgotten some of the details about my daughter's life, and she is only 8 months old! Time goes by so quickly and I want to remember our life. I want to capture our memories. Secondly, I want to pass on any information that is helping me grow in my relationship to Christ. We are all on a journey to know Him and become more like Him every day. I don't claim to know everything. In fact, the more I learn, the more I realize I have SO much more to learn.
