  A football cake with Messi but as my fondant and white chocolate was over I had to make him a lying down figure. But the birthday boy was more than thrilled to see his favourite team logo and player on his cake.

  For a dear friend who started out abstaining from non-veg products, I made this egg less cake. I found the recipe online and I tweaked it like I always do with cake recipes. The cake was moist and chocolaty.
