About
I find the need for creative expression in my life a real desire and love sharing that expression with others. I am sure that a lot of people out there understand that feeling and many do not. I guess I could explain it best as a craving for your favorite food. It comes when you least expect it and it has to be satisfied. Since my daughter became ill I realized that some things are not in our control. She is one of my best friends and I don't see the need to care for her as a burden. She is fragile and a gift that I have enjoyed for 30 years. I will continue to enjoy her for however long it is that I am blessed with her presence . Do to these changes in my life I am feeling guided in a new direction. After selling all of my inventory and shutting down my studio, I have felt very empty. I cannot stop this energy inside of me. There is no switch to turn it off. It has become very apparent to me that I must continue. I will be sharing my weekly projects with you from around my home. It is the best place to direct my energy.

  • Condensing the Pantry
    on Apr 23, 2012
I gathered a few containers to see what I could do about condensing the pantry. Like this macaroni, I had two open boxes and a small jar in the same cupboard. So I put all three into this larger container that I had. This container is not workin...

  • Pot Holder By Alison
    on Apr 18, 2012
I bought this pot holder loom for Alison quite a while ago. Her fingers are really short and I was unsure if she would be able to do it. She just loved picking out all the colored loops to make her very first pot holder. I showed her how to put...
  • New light in the Kitchen
    on Apr 13, 2012
I told my husband that I had a light that we could use over the table. He commented about it being dark since we moved the lamp  off the table ( dog chewed the cord). I had no glass globes for the light but I did have three off white shades...
  • Read the signs

I have been paying too much attention to signs lately, I find them very humerus. While we were in Florida I took a few pictures. This one was cute but I could not seem to get the Bahamas to come into close range with this machine no matter...
